What is BUN in 30?
“BUN in 30” is a limited-time delivery promotion. If your qualifying order is delivered more than 30 minutes after the order enters our system, you may receive a BUN gift card equal to your order subtotal.
When is the promotion valid?
June 1 through June 30, daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
How do I qualify?
Your order must be placed directly through BUN’s website or over the phone with BUN, must be within 4 miles driving distance, and your total order must be $150 or less.
Is the 4 miles based on driving distance?
Yes. The 4 miles is based on driving distance, as determined by BUN.
If my order is over $150, do I still qualify for part of it?
No. Orders over $150 total do not qualify for the promotion.
When does the 30-minute timer start?
The timer starts when your order is fully processed and received by BUN’s system.
Do scheduled orders qualify?
Scheduled orders may qualify if the order meets all promotional requirements. The order is considered late if it is delivered after the scheduled time recorded in BUN’s system.
What do I receive if my qualifying order is late?
You may receive a BUN gift card equal to the order subtotal only. Taxes, tips, delivery fees, service charges, platform fees, and other fees are not included.
Is it automatic?
No. Gift cards are not issued automatically. You must contact BUN and request the gift card by the end of the same business day on which the order was placed.
What orders do not qualify?
The promotion does not apply to catering orders, orders containing catering menu items, offices, apartment buildings, gated communities, schools, yeshivas, corporate orders, third-party delivery platform orders, large group orders, event orders, or any order BUN determines is not eligible.
Can I use the promotion more than once?
No. The promotion may be claimed one time only per customer, household, phone number, account, or address during the promotion period.
Who decides if an order qualifies?
BUN makes the final decision on all promotion matters, including distance, timing, order total, subtotal, address type, eligibility, gift card amount, and whether the promotion applies.
Can BUN change, deny, or end the promotion?
Yes. BUN reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve, deny, limit, modify, pause, suspend, or cancel the promotion, or any claim under the promotion, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
